Bristly pick & pack processes and shipping dates

Hi Bristly family,
As we have told in the previous update we are processing over 20,000 orders at once, we are pre-printing labels & then processing the items: picking & packing orders — then labeling. This will take some time, but we are all working diligently to get them out and to your door as soon as possible!

I just wanted to inform everyone about your tracking information.
We have pre-printed all the labels for your orders, which means our system has generated a tracking number & it automatically updates & sends an email saying your order has shipped. So for those inquiring or worrying about the tracking numbers, don’t worry we promise that they will be out soon.
You will notice your tracking number will not show updates immediately – meaning your package has not yet left our warehouse and has not yet been scanned by the appropriate shipping carrier. But rest assured, they will be sent out as we go through our large number of orders, please understand and forgive us as it will take some time.
For US Customers – for USPS 1st class shipping – there is no tracking number, but the orders are being processed and will arrive.
You can track your orders right in your Backerkit profile: 1. Go to bristly.backerkit.com/backer 2. Click on "View Confirmation" 3. You will see "Track Your Package".
International orders (orders outside of USA, Canada, Mexico, and Australia) will arrive first. These orders were processed quickly and we are starting the shipping this week. Expect the parcel in the next 2 weeks.
75% of our orders were coming from the 2nd group of countries, those are USA, Australia, Mexico and Canada. Although we are processing your orders now, due to the large volume of orders we need more time for sorting & processing all of them.
We will give a more specific date, designating exactly when you’ll receive what you’ve ordered, in two weeks once we are done with processing all the orders.
I realize this news is upsetting for you, it is another delay and I want to offer my sincerest apologies for this. We’ve delayed delivery a few times now, and it’s also very upsetting for us because we want to deliver our Bristly to you, a product we’re very proud of, a product you and your pet will love! When we started the crowdfunding campaign we didn’t expect such a high demand for Bristly! We were a little overwhelmed by the logistical aspect of fulfilling such massive orders, chasing down endless copyright infringers, manufacturing delays, sending surveys, answering questions, etc. Please understand, all of this is a learning process for us as well, and we appreciate everyone of our customers for showing such a strong interest in the oral hygiene of their pets. We are also grateful for your feedback, as it allows us to grow and improve!
I want to assure you once again that all orders will be shipped and delivered. If you backed our campaign, you are set to receive your Bristly.

Bristly Sticks 1st Batch is Ready

Hey Family,
Wanted to quickly update you on where we are.
Yesterday we finished the production of Bristly sticks. They are already in the fulfillment company waiting to be packed and shipped.
In a couple of days we will give a new update and will share photo and video materials of ready-to-ship packages.
To find your tracking number please click on the “Shipping” tab in your backer profile.
Last call to fill out the survey and update addresses
For all our backers who haven’t filled out their survey please check your inboxes for the letter from Backerkit. If you don’t see the survey in your inbox please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “Backerkit survey inquiry”.
If you need to update your address please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “Backerkit address update”.
This is important for us to ship out all the orders with sticks.

Hi Backers,
Trust you are doing great.
We need your help to set up the shipping.
We have locked all ready-to-go orders in Backerkit and those orders are ready for shipping.
However, there are some backers who have change their addresses and need to update this information on Backerkit.
Since the orders on Backerkit are locked the only way to changing the addresses is to email us to [email protected].
We can manually update your addresses from Backerkit.
We’d like to ask you to notify us about it ASAP so we can push them to the shipstation to print labels for fulfillment.

As for the production and shipping updates, as we have told previously the production of Bristly will be finished November 25th.
We will then ship everything to our fulfillment house, where they will process all the orders, and pick, pack and ship everything in order. In our next updates we will post some pictures of ready-to-ship orders from the fulfillment house.
About a week after the 25th we will start the shipping process. Once we start we will give an update with all the information on tracking numbers.
The latters will be sent through Backerkit.
We know it took a lot of time. But we are almost there.

PRODUCTION DATES

Hi Bristly Family,
As promised we are coming back to you with news we’ve got from our manufacturers.
We are starting the production of Bristly sticks November 20th. We’ll be done with the production by November 25th.
We will start preparing, sorting & organizing inventory to begin our Pick, Pack & Shipping.
The production of Bristly toothpaste is a bit delayed due to the manufacturer’s overload. We will finish all the production processes in early December.
We will 1st ship out all Bristly and tongue cleaner orders. Once the toothpaste is ready, we will ship out all orders that include a toothpaste.
Shall we have all the orders ready for shipping we’ll send you the tracking numbers.
We have been warning several times about fake pages. But it seems not all our backers are aware of them.
There are thousands of scam pages advertising Bristly and delivering knockoffs that are broken up within several minutes. Or there are cases when these fake pages do not deliver at all.
Once again to assure you we have all the intellectual property rights on Bristly. Bristly patent is pending and was filed back in March. Also, we have copyright on all the materials on our page.

Bristly Post-campaign processes and Delivery Dates

Hi Bristly Family,
It’s been a while since our last update. We’ve seen your concerns about the shipping and the delivery and want to address them.
For those who are backing the crowdfunding project for the first time, we’d like to make a short clarification on Bristly post-campaign processes.
After the campaign end, it took some time for Kickstarter to transfer fundings to our account for the production. We had all prior arrangements with the manufacturing companies and we transferred money for the production immediately. Afterward, to start the production we needed some preliminary data from the survey to know how many Bristly sticks we need in small, medium and large sizes, as well as heavy chewer versions.
Setting up the survey with Backerkit also took some time as we had no prior experience with it. Besides, to be sure we deliver the best quality product possibly we took some additional testings and made some slight improvements for more durability.
For now, we have produced tongue cleaner. Here is the video from the manufacturer:
We are in line for production for the toothpaste and sticks. Once we have specific dates from the manufacturing companies we’ll keep you updated.
We start the staggered shipment in order of priority from the earliest ones to the latest in November. We will post an update when are done with the first production batch. We’ll be done with all the production activities by December 5th, and will ship the last batch ASAP after that date.
Only 89% of our Kickstarter backers have filled out and submitted the survey. We’d like to ask those of you who haven’t filled out the survey yet to submit it. If you don’t see a letter from Backerkit, please contact us at [email protected] so we can fix this problem ASAP.
For our Indiegogo backers, the survey is usually sent out in 11 days after the order to comply with Indiegogo refund policy. Please contact us if don’t have in 11 days after the order.
We are open to all your questions. And we surely understand all your concerns as you have invested in something that didn’t exist. We are very grateful for that and want to assure you’ll get your orders as promised. Shoot us a message if we still miss something.
