Hi Bristly family,
It took us some time to get funding from Kickstarter and to transfer for the manufacturing. Since the molds were already set up, as we have shown in the previous update, we started the first batch of production.
We have received your completed surveys. Thank you very much for your quick responses. To our "thank you" pledge backers, we had some troubles on sending the survey, as we need some time to identify pledges you ordered. We would really appreciate your help on that. Tomorrow we’ll send an email asking to specify the pledge and your replies can accelerate the process of survey creation and sending.
After receiving your replies we can create and send out the survey to you this week. We want to thank you for this in advance.
We have been receiving reports on the immense number of fake pages advertising and selling Bristly under different names. We want to assure our backers that only we have the patent for Bristly, and the only place you can order the real Bristly, and actually get it, was on our Kickstarter page and now is our Indiegogo page.
Anything other than these pages are fakes and scams that have copied our idea, product, and intellectual property. And most importantly, ordering from the fake pages can be dangerous for your dogs' health, as copies are made from cheap materials without any safety standards.
We at Bristly take dogs’ safety seriously, which is why we have worked hard to ensure the best safety and quality standards for Bristly. We would highly appreciate your assistance on identifying these pages and shutting them down.

Hey Bristly Family, We have several good news to share with you this time.
We have been through a long process of Bristly molds setting up and negotiations with our partners.
And finally, we have our 1st samples from the mold. This was the most important part of our production setup and the challenges here were successfully overcome.
For now, we are preparing the full production process. Here are some pictures of the 1st samples.
I am incredibly happy to share them with you.
For those who have been asking about extreme chewer version for small and medium-size Bristlys – the reason why we decided not to have the durable version for small/medium size dogs is that our regular Bristly during the testing was a great fit for them, and only some of the large size dogs managed to destroy it.
The redesigned Bristly is even more durable. We want to apologize for not being very clear on this matter.

Hello Bristly Family, It’s been a while since our Kickstarter campaign has ended. And I want to keep you updated on where we are currently.
We have already started actively planning our production activities. To finalize them we need the comprehensive data from you. Next week you’ll receive a survey from Backerkit. We’ll post an update once the survey is sent so you don’t miss it. As lots of you were asking about upgrading ordered pledges, this survey will give you that opportunity. Thus if you want to add brushing sticks and add-ons, you can do that in our survey.
