Hi dear customers and backers,
We wanted to share the latest news on your orders.
1. To those who have received their Bristly, but missing toothpaste. We have produced the toothpaste and got all the packages into our warehouse.
We will start shipping next week. Once the shipments go out you should get an email with tracking information. It will take approximately 7 business days to receive them. Please note that some countries/cities take longer than others, and it depends on the local postal service. So you can expect to have the toothpaste delivered by the end of January.
2. To those international backers that have troubles with tracking their packages: the shipping type we used – for some countries does not have final point tracking. Which means when it arrives at the local post office there is no tracking. For most European countries with developed infrastructure residential areas, it can take up to 20 business days (weekends and holidays do not count).
The great news is thousands of international backers have already received their Bristly, we only have 200 left to arrive. Please rest assured, those who haven’t received their packages you should receive it by the end of the month.

We’re making good headway on the shipments and in two weeks time, by late January, everybody's orders will have been shipped, to be delivered and everything that you’ve ordered with us will be on its way to your door!
We will upload all tracking numbers to your Backerkit profile so you can track your packages.
Once orders are shipped we will give an update about it so you won’t miss it.
We have backers who still have not completed their surveys. We are sending reminders from time to time for you to fill out the survey. This is important for us to finalize the packaging of all orders and their shipping. If you have missed your survey please make sure to check your inboxes for the letter from Backerkit. If you don’t have it in your inbox, please check out your spam/junk box.

Hi Bristly Family,
We haven’t been in touch for a while and since then we’ve received an immense number of questions and inquiries we need to answer.
We are genuinely sorry for not referring all your messages as we have been preoccupied with the fulfillment of all orders and getting them ready for shipping. Further on we had some issues with the shipping process which were being solved successfully.
Now we are going through all your messages and will answer every single message and inquiry we received from you.
Once again apologies for not getting back to you soon.
Some general updates we have shared but remind you once again:
ORDERS FOR BACKERS FROM US, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, MEXICO
As we have shared in our last update, the orders for the US, Canada, Australia, and Mexico WERE NOT SHIPPED OUT YET.
If you see the “shipped” label on your Backerkit account this means we have pushed those addresses to the ship station for printing and Backerkit displays them automatically as “shipped”. All Orders from the US, Canada, Australia, and Mexico can expect their Bristly Brushing Sticks to be shipped BY THE END OF JANUARY 2019.
Once sent out we’ll upload all tracking numbers to your Backerkit account so you can track them and .
If you have troubles with tracking your package with the carrier please let us know at email address [email protected] with the subject line “International_tracking issue” so we can contact the support center and see what might be the problem.
TOOTHPASTE DELIVERY
Since we had delays with the production of the large quantity of toothpaste we decided to send out the sticks first in order to not make you wait any longer.
We’ll be sending the toothpaste in a different package, the same way we have sent the sticks. Please be sure you’ll get them soon.
HOW TO USE BRISTLY
We’ve been talking about it a lot in our recent updates and want to give you some tips.
Do not allow them chewing on paw pads as the latters are not meant for chewing. Dogs are very smart, and we are sure you know it better than us. If properly trained they will learn to brush their teeth on a correct side.
Please give it to your dogs for only 7-10 min a day, since this is a toothbrush, not a toy.

GOT BRISTLY WITH SMALL SIZE LABEL?
We apologize for printing out wrong version flyers stating that the stick is the small size.
This is the flyer problem not the stick. But if you are hesitating you’ve got the wrong size Bristly please reach out to the email address [email protected] with the subject line “Wrong size Bristly” with the picture of the stick you have received.
OUR SINCERE APOLOGIES FOR DELAYS
We realize that for many of you Bristly is the first crowdfunding campaign you are backing and have no prior experience with that.
We are late with the delivery for 4 months as our estimated delivery for our sticks was October 2018. As we have explained before we were dealing with the crowdfunding for the first time as well as we have been dealing with a lot of issues as well.
But as you see we already made it to the delivery stage and very soon will ship all the remained orders as well. We are so happy receiving reviews from backers who have already got Bristly sticks.
We have started this campaign for a cause to make our pets live better and happier. This is our mission. We are on our way to this mission and we are eternally thankful to you for sticking to our idea and giving us the opportunity to make it happen.

Hi Backers,
Believe you are doing well.
As promised we are here with our weekly update and a Q&A session for you.
We are receiving letters from our backers that have received their sticks. We are so happy we made it to the delivery stage and hopefully by January we will have all the orders shipped, including US, Canada, Mexico, Australia.
Once again we want to ask you to follow our instructions while giving Bristly to your dogs. Here’s the video instruction:

Hope you are doing great.
We have not been in touch a while as have been preoccupied with processing all orders and organizing their shipping.
We know you have a lot of questions and decided to address them in this update.
1. We are so happy that some of our backers have already received their Bristly sticks. Hope your pups will love their new toothbrushes. And we’d love to hear your feedback as well as see pics of your pups with their Bristly. Share your dogs’ photos with Bristly on your social media pages, tag us @BristlyBrushingStick and add hashtag #MyBristlyStick and we will greet you in the comment. We will also be glad to share these on our social media pages.

Make sure to watch it prior to giving it to your pups.
We have seen comments that Bristly was broken and then we have learned that some of our backers were not following instructions. We’ve also noticed that fake Bristly were used in some of the cases. It’s important to know that we’ve just started shipping and our Indiegogo page is the ONLY place where you can order original Bristly.
2. Regarding some customers receiving partial shipments, the toothpaste will be sent in different packages. Since we have delays in the production of toothpaste we figured it’s better to start shipping than making you wait for more.
3. For those who see in their shipping and tracking info that the orders have shipped but have not arrived. We have printed all the labels for your orders, meaning that our system generated a message, which automatically updates you by saying your order has shipped. This doesn’t necessarily mean that the packages were shipped. We will post an update as soon as we start shipping to notify you.
4. We have already shipped out all international packages. Those who haven’t receive it yet, you will soon. We will upload all your tracking numbers into Backerkit so you can track them. They should be uploaded over the weekend.

5. For USA, Canada, Mexico and Australia, we are currently processing your orders and need additional time due to the large volume of the order. We are still working on them. They don't have tracking numbers because we haven't sent them yet, if you are logging in and checking for a tracking or shipping number and not seeing one, it is because they have not been scanned to ship yet! We want to assure we will send them ASAP.
P.S. Due to the high volume of inquiries and work that needs to be done we can’t address your question individually, but we will answer them all in our updates regularly. So please let us know should you have something to ask and at the end of the week we will provide answers. If there are urgent questions we will address them in 1 big comment to our page. Please be sure to follow our comments on the page.
