Hello Backers,

We are still working to get all our surveys completed for the crowdfunding orders.  We have 434 surveys remaining.

Please check your spam folders, the emails will be coming from backerkit.  We send out weekly reminders to people that have not yet completed their survey.  If you have not yet received your order, it means your survey was not completed.

Please check your email or spam folder, with the email you used to order from us, and fill out your surveys so we can send your orders.

If you have already submitted your survey and still have not gotten your order, it may have been lost during the shipping process, we are happy to check on this for you.

Still have Incomplete Surveys from 472 backers

 Hi Backers, 

I hope everyone is well.  I wanted to do another update for everyone. Please only email us if you (1) have trouble filling out or finding your survey, or (2) if you have already filled out your survey, but have not yet received a product.

Please see info below.  

1. Incomplete Survey's:

We still have 472 backers who have not completed their survey. If you have not yet done so, please go to your backerkit.com account and complete the survey so we can send out your perk. 

We have been sending survey reminders continuously. Please check your spam box, or visit www.backerkit.com and login to get your survey. 

2. All Other Backers: All orders for backers who have already completed their survey has been shipped in February.

 Hi Crowdfunding backers,

I wanted to give you a final update on orders. As we work to close out our crowdfunding, please keep in mind we will still continue to resolve issues as they come up, while we continue to grow our brand beyond crowdfunding.  Rest assured, we will work to resolve any concerns that arise from order shipments in the coming weeks.

For those of you that still have questions or may not have seen the updated shipping information...

Please see below, some important updates that may already answer your questions.   

Email/Comment Responses:

We have about 900 emails across our 2 customer service accounts. We are working to address them all.  Please allow us a few days to catch up. 

• Order Shipment: All Kickstarter and Indiegogo orders (who filled out their survey) have been fulfilled!!!!!!

       - We will continue to push surveys to customers. However, the surveys we have not received are, for the most part, the same ones we have not heard from in several months. We will work to get those people their orders - if you are one of the people who has not done your survey please let us know. 

• Order Errors: Approx a 1% error rate is within the norm for fulfillment. Thus, we have been documenting & addressing any order issues: i.e. address changes, wrong quantity, etc. 

       - We are correcting these issues daily, as we come across them, so if we have already spoken   with you, we have either already resent your order, or will do so within 1-day of speaking with you.     

        - Since we have 22,000 backers, even a small percentage of error means a few hundred errors. So please bear with us as we work to address all your questions. 

• Tracking Information: If you are looking for tracking information please check Backerkit and/or your emails. All have been updated.

NO SURVEYS:

There are still about 649 surveys on Indiegogo & 575 surveys on Kickstarter which we have not received. If you have had issues getting a survey - please let us know.

Fixed the Tracking Errors! 95% Completed - Only those w/o surveys submitted left

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let you know we fixed the backerkit error where it wasn't registering already shipped orders as "Fulfilled" .  As previously mentioned the only ones we have remaining are: 

- Those that did not submit a survey

- Those that submitted their survey late (after our KS order push) - 488 orders. Now that we finally fixed the glitch we can see who those people are, and we are sending out your packages. 

Shipping Issues:

- Those with shipping issues: i.e. 1st class postage being due - please accept the package and email us - we will paypal you the postage difference.  Under 16oz should be 1st class - but USPS wanted us to mark "package" as the package type even though we didn't send it in boxes.  This was not previously told to us - so we will fix that for everyone. 

- Those who have not accepted the extra postage, your package has returned to us - we will resend immediately. 

- Those who have accepted it, and emailed us, we have already refunded the postage difference. 

Behind on Emails:

We are working hard to catch up on emails. We are 600+ emails deep on [email protected] and 320 on [email protected]
